Name: Abi Sesay
Prior to joining the IDU in 2016 Abi worked for 10 years within the NHS as a Development Adviser – working with children and families across two London Borough Councils. Her personal and professional experience gives Abi a unique perspective into the societal and workplace issues affecting people across a range of demographics and minority groups, as well as a detailed understanding of the intricacies of the NHS, it’s culture, and it’s working practices. Abi is passionate about her role in actively tackling the fight against inequality – both in the workplace, and in society as a whole.
Abi is a graduate with two Bachelors Degrees, both graduating with honours degrees from Greenwich University. She also studied at Post Graduate level with London’s Southbank Bank University.
